You'd expect it to be heaven for the mass of knowledge available on a finger tip, but human beings tend to be opportunists and this isn't always good.
Want a slow start at it? Internet trolls. They might just be annoying but they can also easily turn into bullies.
Hackers. They lure everywhere. Maybe someone knows someone else or they just do it by themselves. Or maybe it was just an "accidental" choice. Getting hacked can have a similar effect as getting stripteased by force all in public.
False friends. We can easily add strangers as friends and it doesn't take 10 minutes for dystopian mindsets to call out all consequences of that.
False news. Oh, Britney Spears died from an overdose? Not really. You can check Youtube. There're so many false news videos there, claiming someone died or something dramatic happened, just for the clicks.

Once you get hacked and your trauma diary of 20 years or so gets leaked just for the fun of others, you can ask me again. Just an example of how rotten the internet can be.

Neither. It is morally neutral. And it exists in the physical world, whereas Heaven is a supernatural realm. Hell though? There is speculation amongst theologians of whether Hell is also a supernatural location or if it is encased within the Earth.

Anyway, the point is no.
