I travel internationally a lot. Should I get fonus?

I am not advertising this company. I found this phone deal. It’s free internationally roaming phone over 50 countries. I travel at least 3 month outside. I wonder if it worth it? Only downside is it’s voip so I can’t take a call through applecarplayer while I am driving.

Usually such plans are not worth it. Either the call quality will be shitty, poor access, or it will be limited to an hour or so and will charge an arm and leg per data MB or some other fine print.

Usually it's quicker and cheaper to get a sim from the country - else go for an esim instead.

I wouldn't. There are companies that can provide you temporary digital sim cards through a phone app. Why pay to roam when you aren't roaming. I saw one service advertised on the TrekTrendy YouTube channel, but I don't remember what the service was called.

I just found it! It's an app called "Saily." There are a few options to choose from though.
