How do you handle a heatwave?

There's a heatwave where I am and I don't have AC.

My parents house a central air conditioning it pretty good. Although if you don't have air conditioning you can pickup a window unit dirt cheap just make sure your power outlet can handle it if it can't you can always run a new bx wire from the breaker panel into your room but you may have to drill some holes in the walls.

When my family wanted to buy frozen lobster from the airport, the airline kept our lobster cold by coating our lobster in a bag of frozen peas because green peas stay cold longer than packs of frozen ice.
