(Obviously the Democrats won't buy one) You can use cell towers or Starlink. Wouldn't it be nice to always have service? He's also releasing a solar powered tablet. I don't think apple is happy about this.

Elon joked that Apple spends billions of dollars in research and development and then when the new flagship comes out it has one new button. I own an iPhone and I know how much I love a new button. I can hardly wait for the next button. 😂😂

I won't buy one, but I will enjoy Democrats buying them. 😂😂

It would have to be Android because Apple won't even let you buy a charger unless it has their name on it.

Yeah i thought so, I guess it would be good if you’re out of the country to get service anywhere but the service might cost more

I thought the exact same thing. But they say it will be remarkably affordable. I was thinking more about hikers and people who go up into the wilderness. If you break your leg on the mountain, help would be nice. Not getting a signal would suck.

Nowhere because it's still in the planning. My question is really about if you would want a satellite phone.

We already own and use traditional satellite phones.

Plus, we have Starlink service when we go RVing and yachting.

If they're made in the USA and if the service charges are reasonable, I/we might consider switching.
