I find there are a few people who have made posts about how to talk to others, and how to manage mental health.

I tend to choose the social skills approach over the clinical approach, since severe mental health issues, is not a topic that applies to the average person.

Most people have mild or moderate issues, but the average person does not have severe issues: while trauma is common as around half of Canadians will get cancer, extreme instability is not common.
