What do I have to do to keep from getting spam and junk e-mails?

About 2 or 3 months ago I mistakenly got involved with some fly-by-night company that forced me to take LOADS of spam e-mails!! First, I started sending them to the spam folder but, they kept coming! Then, I discovered a way to block them so, I do that every time I get them but, I STILL get them!! About 2 weeks ago, I cleaned out the cookies and cache hoping that'd get rid of them but I'm STILL getting them!!! Ads for credit cards, window and roof replacements, insurance, ozempic and who knows what other shit they keep throwing at me!!

Chances are your email client has a way to block emails from this place. It will deflect them into a spam or trash folder.

But, it's not. as I said, I discovered a way to block the senders and even after I do that, I still get the same e-mails. All I can figure is that they have dozens and dozens of companies sending me this shit so, if I block one, I'll just get them from another. The only other options I can think of are to either change my e-mail address or erase the hard drive and start over again!!

look at the email address of the sender. Are they all the same? Sometimes places send out spam from several different email addresses. Sometimes the addresses are similar but have a small difference.

I guess about 15 spam phone calls a day for all kinds of reason, including a new roof insurance and everything else

Yes I get people wanting to sell me funeral insurance and everything else and every phone call from them is Asian

I never subscribed to them in the first place! I think I clicked on a link in a site that I THOUGHT was gonna help me and I've been stuck with this shit ever since!!
