If it’s paper, I just look at it, shred it, and throw it away.
If it’s email, I look at it, and delete it lol. I hate junk mail.

I toss it. If you go for what they are selling you will get even more junk mail because they sell your name/address to others because you gave them money. If you donate on line to a charity and then start getting junk mail from other charities all of a sudden you can bet who they sold your name to. When I find that out I send them a letter telling them I won't be supporting their cause anymore and give them the reason that I can only support so many and will now be supporting the ones who they sold my name to and thanks for the tip.

If it is generic junk, it gets ripped and tossed.

If it is owner specific junk, it gets shredded.

If it is about donations, except for the charities we regularly support, it gets tossed.

Note: So far this year, we have received 106 requests for donations, AND there were only TWO days in the approximately 90 mail delivery days in 2022 thus far, that we did NOT a request for donations of SOME sort.

If its got anything to do with opening a credit card or something like that it goes in the document destruction box to get securely shredded, otherwise it usually doesn't make it past the recycle bin into the house. There's some stuff that looks like it "might be" legitimate mail and I'll open that to check, but otherwise I won't waste my time.

I ignore my mails, the junk already lands in my spam folder
And on my mailbox at my apartment is a sign to not even bother insert stuff like that and I only receive my normal mail

Well I dont get physical junk mail if I would I would enjoy them coz I can spend some of my free time reading them and using the paper to make paper boats and planes
As for electronic they are deleted

If its junk mail then in my opinion what I would do is either use it as just a blank paper or something and write stuff on it and if I don't have any use for it then straight to the bin I guess or if it has a nice quality paper or a hard paper like a thin cardboard then I like to use them as bookmark for books I read.

I either postpone them for later reading, delete them, or unsubscribe and it if it is physical junk mail, we throw it out cause we don’t want hand to hand contact during the pandemic.

I started marking it return to sender with a cinder block attached, basically raising the cost of their return mail to like 40 dollars per item.. They stopped sending me junk mail. As to spam email, it gets auto deleted.

Junk mail? I don't even receive regular mail in this country. For three times, they failed to deliver my mail. So, even if it was junk mail I would be somewhat happy to actually get something in my mailbox.
