That's not good, but given that it's a Mac, nothing would have been good.

I prefer Linux, but at the time 5 years ago the developers around me were using Macs. If I got a free upgraded MacBook out of it, why not?

Yeah, I mean if you can tolerate using it, I guess it's fine. I personally would not touch any Apple equipment for any reason.

I am that way for the most part, as I hate iOS devices. But MacOS is tolerable since it is unix-based. Other than that, if I didn't get a free MacBook Pro out of this whole ordeal, I would flip Apple the big FU.

... what I mean is that I can use bash commands in a Mac Terminal. Technically it is zshell and not bash, but I am command-line heavy, and using the CLI in Linux distros is transferable to Mac for the most part.
