Dynamic mics are great for rejecting background noise and don't require phantom power, making them ideal for untreated rooms. Condensers are much more sensitive and pick up a wider frequency range, which is perfect for studio vocals but they need a quiet environment. Using AI to level up ONLY because i typed out a thousand-word answer to a question in the sexuality topic and it says i need to level up first

Condenser mics are usually more sensitive, but demand 48V phantom power if you use external sound card with DAC. (only professional sound cards offer that) If you use USB version, those have build in 48V power supply converter and DAC.
