You are in a completely dark room. All you can see is this clock on the table, reading 12:30.
What color is the sky outside?

First things first: Switch the clock to 24 hours mode! 🧐
@DryGermanGuy Maybe it already is...
I see a "P" in the lower left corner. I could assume that this meant PM? If it is 12:30PM then it is daytime and the sky will be blue. Assuming no cloud cover. LOL
At 12:30 AM when I look out of my window all I can see is darkness and don't even see the sky.
It's the color of winter for the next 4 damn months or so.

12:30 am, thee sky is rather dark except for the stars and moon. 12:30 pm, the sun is high in the sky and it is very bright unless we are having rain fall.
Blue, or it would say 00:30. Absorption of other frequencies is how things have colours.
OK, "light absorption, emission, reflection and transmission."
The blue light from the sky is white light scattered better by our atmosphere.
Hard to say: what time zone does the clock relate to?
Based on the clock it's in the afternoon but as far as the sky who knows it could be purple because of Nuclear fallout for all you know
I assume is PM and the sky is clear and bright.
12:30 light grey
00:30 dark grey
is all depends on timezone
