Why am I not receiving PlayStation account recovery emails on Yahoo?

My old yahoo account is linked to my playstation account. I got locked out from my playstation account, and it sent me a link to recover my account, but im not recieving it in my email. I know the email is correct. I checked my spam. All my folders. I changed the filters. I don't know what else to do. I have hundreds of games and thousands of hours on many of them and I dont want to lose it all.

I've resent the email about 50 times. I've contacted customer support and they need a transaction id from Playstation but I can't get one because my email isn't receiving emails. I'll mess witb the settings a little more.
