I've tried so much stuff, I ran tools, anti viruses, I've even went in the files and took out parts of the malware but the sucker is hidden in my computer somewhere, I'm about to do a new windows reinstall and delete everything, but I want to see if there's stuff I haven't tried, he's just lingering in my extensions on my browser and no matter how many times I get rid of it, it comes back smh

If it's a new spyware the antivirus software might not have caught up with it yet. Windows reinstall sounds like a good idea, assuming you have all your data backed up.
Im just gonna say screw all my data, in case he used any of it to linger his dumb virus in, the anti virus software caught the virus but didn't remove it just quarantined it
Don't just reinstall, 0 out your hard drive and then install windows, sl no trace of it will be left over.
Doesn't the reinstall do that for me, it wipes out everything doesn't it
No, not fully.

Have you tried Anti Malwarebytes it's very effective and also up to date on the very latest malware & viruses.
Yea that's the one that let me know I have the spyware but it didn't get it out š
If you know what you're doing you could probably find it in your registry and nip it off there, but don't touch your registry if you don't know what you're doing in there.
Iām not really sure what the problem is. Just install a clean Firefox with an Adblock extension and be done with it. 🤷āāļø
I had Norton anti virus. When it needed updating, that buy the update I couldn't get rid of it. It became a virus.
