Got logged out of Instagram and can’t remember my login details, what can I do?

not sure what happened tonight but got logged out of all my websites all of a sudden , managed to get back into most of them but cannot get back into instagram , don't seem to know exact account name or sure what email i used for that account as it was an account i set up after original one could not get back in

So, it is problem solved for you.

I am not on any social media except for GaG but is it really a social media? Not sure about that.

However, I backup all my user names and passwords in a word processor and update them on a regular basis. That avoids having the same problem you have. Also, I use a software that generates passwords for every application that needs one. It is encrypted with a 256bit key.

Perhaps that this event was a wakeup call for you and you should also back up all your usernames and passwords in writing somewhere where you have easy access to it.

It is useless to only back them up on the computer because if it crashes, there go your passwords. Keep a hard copy in a safe place.

part of the problem was my computer kept instagram logged on automatically so i never had to type in user name or password for so long i forgot what it was , it seems to work fine now
