No, I have something called perseverance. If it fails the first time, then I try a second time, then a third time and if it still fails, I try to find out why it fails and why I am unsuccessful.
If it is an object or electronic device, I will go through the manual and see what I do wrong. If I cannot find the solution, then I check different online forums to see if anyone had the same issue and how they fixed it. Finally, if the device is still not working, I will take it back to the shop I bough it and explain to the sales person and see if the device itself is defective and needs to be replaced.
My issue here is, I didn't purchase this headset, the warranty is likely nonexistent. Quest two isn't even in production anymore. It runs like new since my friend wasn't using it but it shows signs like it's really old all the time. I've looked in reddit forums but don't see my issue.
Try sending a request to the manufacturer of your VR headset and ask support for help. Otherwise, you may have to chuck it and buy a new one.
At this point I doubt they'd care about headsets older than Q3
