Is this little black device by my neighbor’s door a hidden camera?

Is that a camera, a door sensor or what? Where its located facing the other inner door frame, can she view the entire hall like everyone coming and going? Im gonna try and get a better pic walking by lol.

No. I've seen sensor cameras and they're usually bigger than that. And the only reason i see to put on there is if you regurlary get doordash and want to be alerted right away.😆
