Did ChatGPT use a real human model to generate my AI photo?

I told it to generate a "Brunette 135lbs woman who was transforming into water, with her face visible, but her body half water and half human.

This seems like the bot "cheated" and used a real human model playing in some water!

Brad GDT makes amazing life-like images. I've tried to make a few myself. I don't know if they use a human model or not, but whatever is used is really good.
