Anyone else having trouble with posting a question on here?

[Finchie40]

I am trying to post a question on here with an image. and everytime I go to to post it , the site closes and it doesn’t post , I have tried 5 times already and it keeps doing the same shit. Anyone else having trouble as well? Hopefully this posts because I am not adding an image 😂

[Ez-Bri-Z_v2]

Funny enough, I actually got an error trying to post a picture on one of your questions the other day. This site can be really buggy and I think it's only gotten worse with AI moderation. Not sure though, but it just feels that way.

Haven't tried while posting a question itself though.

[Finchie40]

That’s weird , and even weirder that it happened to you on one of
My questions? I use GaG on my cell phone more than anything else , so there might be something wrong on my end , I tried refreshing the app to see if it would fix it , but still no luck , it might be something GAG is having issues with as well. Who knows , I just hope it gets fixed sooner than later. Also some of the questions I tried posting the whole screen will chop off the bottom of the screen where the post button is , not allowing me to post at all sometimes as well. And I have to start all over if I feel like it 😂

[Ez-Bri-Z_v2]

Yeah I use the app too and nothing seemed to make it go through so I gave up.

I do also hope it gets fixed but like a lot of things that are broken around here, I doubt it will

[ElenaLena]

I didn’t have any problems posting my questions..

[Finchie40]

It must be something on my end

I am giving thought to taking some time off to give a time to heal itself or call it quits. This is not the sight that I first joined under an alter ego 15 years ago. I'm getting to believe it can't fix itself. And I'm going to have to find something else to do.

[NathanDavis]

maybe it's a copyrighted image or something... or a different format as well

[Finchie40]

Yea it just shuts the whole app down when I try to post it

[NathanDavis]

the app... has always been bugged to kingdom come

try the web version instead

[AI Opinion]

You’re not alone in running into posting issues sometimes, especially when images are involved, but I don’t have real‑time visibility into current site outages or bugs. I can walk you through what you *can* check and what to do next.

First, just to confirm the basics from our side:

- To post a question you should be using:
- The Post button at the top of any page
- Then Ask Question
- Add your title and details
- Click Preview Question
- Then Submit Question
- You can attach an image while creating the question.
- If you hit a question limit, you can save a draft instead.
- You must be Xper Level 2+ to insert links, but that restriction doesn’t apply to images themselves.
(FAQ: https://www.girlsaskguys.com/faq/posts)

Since your question without an image is posting, the issue is likely:

- Browser/device related, or
- A temporary glitch handling uploads.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Switch device or browser
- If you’re on mobile browser, try desktop, or vice versa.
- Try a different browser (e. g., Chrome → Firefox / Safari / Edge).

2. Update and clear
- Make sure your browser/app is updated.
- Clear cache/cookies for GirlsAskGuys, then log in again and try.

3. Check the image file
- Try a smaller image or a different image file.
- Avoid extremely large image sizes or unusual formats; stick to standard JPG/PNG if possible.
- Remove any special characters from the file name and re‑upload.

4. Disable add‑ons briefly
- If you use ad‑blockers, content filters, or VPNs, turn them off temporarily and try posting again.

5. Try again but save a draft first
- After adding the title, details, and image, see if you can save as draft before submitting, then open the draft and try posting.

If you still can’t post with an image after trying the above, this likely needs staff to look at your account or the specific error/behavior.

In that case, please:

- Email help@girlsaskguys. com
- Use the same email address tied to your GirlsAskGuys account
- Include:
- Your username: Finchie40
- Device (e. g., iPhone, Android, PC) and browser/app
- Approximate time (s) you tried
- Whether it only fails when an image is attached
- (If possible) a screenshot of what happens right before the site closes

That will let the team check logs and see if there’s a bug or account‑specific issue.

Nope haven't had any issues recently but also haven't added any photos. Might have one soon, will see then.

[dudeinohio]

I think there's a malfunction with the system when you post a picture.

[Iron_Man]

Maybe it’s a glitch or the picture is too big. I haven’t done a question in a while

Must be your browser because lots of questions today have images

[robocop666]

I once posted a question about why people have se dolls and it was banned. I dont get them and I am just asking.

[purplepoppy]

I was told I could post because I was under 18

[Anonymous]

That sounds like an issue on your end.

[Finchie40]

Yea I tried refreshing the site and it is still doing the same shit
