  Yes. Roaming nude comes under "obscene act in public place".
  
  IPC section 294 deals with this offence, and the punishment will be fine, imprisonment upto 3 months or both.
  
  Section 294 in The Indian Penal Code, 1860
  
  Viewing pornography is legal in India. Merely downloading and viewing such content does not amount to an offence.
  
  However, what is expressly banned is the viewing of porn where the content has children engaging with one another or with adults in sexually explicit acts. Such viewing is punishable with imprisonment upto 5 years and fine upto 10 lakhs.
  Publication of pornographic content online is illegal.
  Storing Cyber pornographic content is not an offence.
