I'd like to know why the English justice system seems to often be pathetic when it comes to punishing murderers. Could I get an insider perspective on that?

  Of course and I completely agree, it's pathetic! I find it absolutely absurd that people caught smoking weed can get a longer prison sentence than murderers. Now I sure as hell don't believe in the death penalty, but I do believe in punishing them, they should do life in jail, non of this 'less time with good behaviour' bullshit.

  we drive on the correct side of the road, its everyone else who is wrong
  many of us do tip... i always have and so have all the people i know. i think not tipping is a thing adopted by younger people maybe
  there is not a fixed minimum speed limit as you stated but you can be charged with causing obstruction if you dont keep up with the flow of traffic
  also one final thing, if you think drivers here are aggressive you should drive in romania sometime ;)

  Actually that's not correct, if you want to Google it, it states that most countries drive on the right, because most people are right handed - which makes complete sense.
  
  As I said, we do tip, if the service is good enough of course, I highly doubt you'd tip if the food was complete crap and the service was bad, right?
  
  Also, that doesn't mean what I said was wrong, I just never included that - the slowest you can go is 30MPH on a motorway :)
