Affirmative action is not discrimination against Foreigners. It's actually when specific groups of people receive advantages due to being discriminated against in the past. So if you look at your picture, white people pay the most for the cookies.

That picture is from a thing in the US. Completely irreverent, but I couldn't find a better picture to represent price discrimination against foreigners.

But if you want, I would be happy to debate affirmative action with you either in PM or in another post.

I was referring to the image, so why is a debate needed.

Key word being "in the past"
Don't you think it's offensive to minorities to charge less?
And you think it's fair that someone gets into university or work, not because of their knowledge/skills, but because of the color of their skins?

You live in South Africa. If your country the ANC passed a law that only 20% of any company can be white employees. Cape Town almost ran out of the water, because companies couldn't hire White engeneers and there were almost no black engeneers.
      You think this is okay?

You know so little about my country and it shows. Secondly I never said anything was okay or not okay, I literally only referred to the image. The end. You're not getting attacked, so you don't need to feel offended.

      I'm not offended.
I know "affirmative action" isn't discrimination against foreigners. I only used that picture cuz I didn't know how else to represent discrimination.

So how did this rumor start?

And I already saw you that said that about the picture and that's fine. The end. So why are you still arguing further if I'm not even arguing about anything. And again, you know little about my country and it shows.

But if you read THEIR MyTakes, you will see most Americans were laughing with them and saying, "Oh yeah yeah. This is so true."
Maybe only a couple will get offended.

But if you say something bad about Europe, they will just deny it and defend their continent/country with vigor!
Like even if deep down they know your statement is true, they don't dare admit it, because they have too much national pride. A lot of them are taught nationalism at an early age, so they must defend EVERY aspect of their country and say their country is perfect and the best.
      It's so annoying.
If I hadn't run out of characters, I would have made that number 11.

Only Brits seem to be critical of their country, calling it ugly and boring. LOL

But this illustrates the difference, when Europeans write these kinds of MyTakes about the US, people laugh and joke with them about it, but when someone criticizes Europe, you guys immediately get all triggered and butthurt! So YOU can criticize others, but others can't criticize YOU? I don't understand that!

@es20490446e American assholeness is different, because Americans are two faced. They will be nice when they need something from you, assholes when they DON'T. While Europeans are more one faced. If they're assholes, they'll show it immediately.

But I'm not denying these things don't exist in the U. S., and I agree 100% that some of them are far worst!

And I think a lot of people are misunderstanding Number 10. I wasn't trying to say that European clothing is strange, I was just trying to say that they tend to overdress, and don't dress appropriate to the weather.
