I’m staying in Spain but working daily in Gibraltar.. which country do I get insurance for?

That's pretty common there so insurance companies will have policies to cover both places. Remember throughout Europe people live and work in different countries crossing borders all the time. Just have a chat with any insurance company

Before the UK left the EU, just a single policy but now they have left. You will need a policy that works in both countries , it could been you might need two policies. Your travel agent can sort this..
