Would I be woken up before landing on a plane ride?

It has been 10 years since I've traveled via plane. This will be my first solo trip so I don't have anyone to actually wake me up. I'm probably going on a 6 am flight and I am not a morning person so I probably will crash! Would the flight attendant wake me up prior to landing?

There will be an announcement that the plane will be landing, and passengers must fasten their seatbelts, fold up their trays and move their seatbacks to the upright position. The cabin crew will then move along the isles checking for compliance along with collecting lose trash. If you sleep through the announcement and are still reclining in your seat, you will be awakened, otherwise, pleasant dreams until the plane touches down.

4 months ago I traveled 10 hours from Maryland to California with southwest airlines. If you think you're actually getting sleep... Well beat of luck to you. People get up a lot, you will be asked what you want to drink eat, the plane is kinda noisy, seats aren't really comfy enough to sleep. Even on 3 hours of sleep I wasn't snoozing on those 737 s. Your best bet is to bring some handheld gaming devices, laptop, or tablet.

I have not been on a plane since before 9/11 happened but from what people tell me, air trael is like a big cattle car so I would not worry about not being woken up. You probably will not get much sleep.

If you are not buckled in with your seat and tray up, they will wake you to do that. Otherwise, when the tires hit the tarmac you will be jolted awake!

Nope you will be after landing if you don't get out with the rest of the passengers, if you somehow manage to sleep through all that.

Maybe, depends on. Air crew. But you will on landing.
