Hopefully will be moving to Canada next year. I'm from USA. How do Canadians view Americans? Cheapest places to live there? Do french Canadians dislike Americans? I dont know why I just worry.

The cost of food is a lot of money there because it's a protectionist economy or something like that. That's what I heard that you pay a lot of money for food.

Alberta has a good cost of living to job opportunity situation. Cost of living is very low on the east coast, but good work is hard to come by and disruptive weather is common.

In my experience French Canadians just do their own thing.

There are bad people in Canada the same as there is in the US. I hear most of them are overall nice folks though. So I think you're going to be fine.

Like anywhere you move being moving to another state or even another town or county. You have to get adjusted and get to know people and get accustomed to the area.
