They can make it difficult at times, mainly when traveling by plane.
I just hope that you never subjected others to your scream when traveling by air because you did not know how to equalize the change in pressure while the aircraft climbed or descended.
Small children and toddlers may be a pain in the a** at times but they can be such charms and nicely behaved kids when properly educated. They cannot help but cry when something is upsetting them.
All that is vanished when you see how enjoyable they are when they can play with the sand, be in the water or just be in company of both their parents in a relaxed environment.
Really, I thought it was hard!
I love the kids. They have a great time on vacation. It's the adults that are miserable and complain about everything from needing more ice to not liking someone else's fashion choice. I see more adults having meltdowns than toddlers.
here's a good woman
Thank you for the MHO ❤
My kids were usually pretty good on trips. I never hit my kids but one time we were driving home and the three of them in the back seat were driving me nuts. I told them if they don;t cut it out I was going to pull the car over and give them a beating. They thought I was bluffing but I pulled the car over and dragged each one of the m out of the car and gave them a coupel of good whacks on the behind. They were more surprised than anything else but they stayed quiet for almost an hour.
@exitseven LOL! I used to have contests with my kids and one was who could last the longest without making a noise. They loved my contests and never caught on to my motive forthat particular game. 😈
@exitseven Ha! I actually played that game a couple of weeks ago with a friend's kids. They didn't catch on either.
@TrueConfection Too funny. I should try this on them now that they have grown.
@exitseven They might not be able to resist the challenge of they're competitive.
*if.
Im sooooo glad im child free!
Infants and toddlers are annoying, loud, messy, etc

Yes! unless you are used to it. I have seen it with my sister travelling with her children (under 5 years old) via car and airplane. Most of her bags are full of children stuffs (clothes, foods, toys). Everything needs to be organized from their clothings to their food (milk) and it is so hard especially when children have routine (nap time, play time, eating time) that when she broke their routine time due to travel, there were whining and time out in between. lol
Instead of enjoying vacation time without hassles, she constantly have to think of them making sure the safety and needs of her children are met.
Can you raise a kid not to cry which is their last and main means of communicating? Extended crying can really disturb the peace of some people. It's more or less involuntary. And is there a wrong or right if a kid doesn't feel to participate in some strange activity? so then is it easy if one kid wants to stay inside and they all have different interests, and resist to remain independent or free-willed? Neither wrong nor right. Not easy. Forbid it if they have special needs, asthma, tourettes syndrome or something... Google wanted to correct this to "tourist syndrome" xD So difficult yes... but problem not necessarily... I don't like the connotation of the word problem as some things don't need to or should not be solved just because we dislike it. yet those are very common difficulties traveling with kids.
Borderline impossible, and certainly not worth the trouble.
It's arguably even worse when they get to school age, as you're forced to take your vacation at the same time as every other family in the country - meaning you pay at least double the price for flights and accommodation (supply and demand), there will be huge delays at airports, and everywhere you go is horrendously overcrowded with other families.
That's why all the newlyweds and nearly-deads take their vacations in the shoulder seasons.
@Apple1996 You get fined if you do that here - although it's a pretty trivial amount, and nowhere near as much as you'll save on flights, accommodation etc, as long as you're not a persistent offender.
Depends on the parents. If you raise your kid right, they'll likely be no problems. Of course, you won't have the normal vacations you used to have, now you gotta change diapers, think about the baby's food, knowing the baby will go to sleep early and you can't leave him alone, etc.
that's the experience
A little difficult but not much. Really only thing is having to pack so much stuff. I just took my kids on a trip to the beach over the weekend and it was super fun. They were good traveling and on the beach but all the packing was crazy! I had probably 7 types of bags, the pack n play, stroller. It was a lot of stuff but gotta be prepared for all that they need.
@Sam_25 It sounds excessive until you have kids.
@KrakenAttackin yess exactly people with kids just don't know lol
Children in general make it hard to travel. The whole point of traveling is to see sights and do things and just relax. If you have a child, even if they are old enough to go out by themselves for a bit. You will still be stressed like "I wonder if their okay" or "what if this happens ro them"
If it's a very small child, what's the point in going on a vacation? All you have to do is take care of a child, no privet or fun time for your self. But there are some funtime, very rarely, but eh.
Yes. And keep them out of nice restaurants. Beach, pool, fishing peer, ocean, mountains etc.. perfect. Interior museums no. Breast feeding in the lobby wait ing to be seated because won’t shut up-NO🙃
I already had a headache. 😅
Wtf dncncncm
I bet someone else tough you were annoying at the time when you were a obnoxious crying demon baby
No, children are easy. I travel with them all the time. They pack themselves, they enjoy the trip. They don’t ask for much. But appreciate the vacation every time. I don’t see other kids annoying… I see some parents who don’t know how to be parent…. That the kids are miserable… then parents complain about kids.
Yeah they're a pain in the ass. No fun and it becomes about keeping them from doing something. Like this beach picture reminds me of how I'd have to trick my wife into staying with the kids so that I could go play in the water. I feel if the kids were a little more intelligent it could've been more fun... but my wife gave them the retard genes bro. All of them are fucking retards.
Omg, i would regret having kids
I traveled a lot with my parents growing up. I know there were times we completely drove them up the wall. Kids don't always handle hours upon hours stuck in a car well. Fortunately for everyone we stopped for breaks pretty regularly. To make it worse, we usually traveled in the summer, and that was before cars had A/C. It was an oven in their sometimes.
Overall though, I think my parents probably liked it. I think most other parents I've known who traveled with kids liked it also.
It really depends on the child. I’m lucky that my daughter is a really well behaved kid. I’ve traveled with her before and she rarely ever made a fuss.
but I’ve also traveled with kids who were complete handfuls.
Last year my family and I went to Hawaii and my niece had a panic attack while boarding the plane. She threw a complete fit and wouldn’t stop crying and screaming. Her dad had no choice but to take her off the plane and he ended up missing the entire trip to Hawaii.
Yes, they do. Do you know what makes it even harder? Having to deal with dirty and evil looks from other adults. On an airplane these days there is enough stress as it is. This is why I try to get the kid's attention and play with them. I'm not talking about getting handsy, I'm talking about just making playful faces, etc. More than once I have had a mom say thank you.
Are you kidding? It is what makes it so much better!!!
Its great to experience the world. Its better to experience with others. Its even better to make the experience of others a wonderful life long memory of you.
And watching a mind grow with your kind loving input and support is deeply satisfying.
We need to not be judgmental and more understanding some kids have special needs and they aren't verbal yet so they communicate by crying.
Wonderful women make America strong.
I’ve never experienced that before I don’t have kids
you are a great man my friend!
Absolutely. I remember when I went through security on HNL and the stroller tested positive for possible explosives. A guy behind me who had been to Afghanistan said do you use (a brand called) "Butt Cream"? I said yes and he said they use the same binding agent at C4! I got to third base with TSA that day.
It's a matter of perspective. If you expect that a 3-year-old will have the needs of a three-year-old, and plan accordingly, then you won't be disappointed. If you don't plan for their needs, then you will be frustrated.
Yes they can. I took my 3 year old and 2 year old to Disney for ONE day, needless to say we lasted 3 hours in the park. Probably my fault for thinking it would entertain them enough for fun activities. But they just hated it. So vacations aren’t really a thing until they’re older now. I would say until they are about 8 or older.
Oh fuck yeah they do.
I'm so glad I'm childfree and will be able to travel no problem. Well, I'll need a house and pet sitter, but that's no biggie.
My mum said 1 baby/kid is like a little accessory you can take out and on holidays. She says once you get to two, it’s a bit different and once you’re at 3, you may as well keep going.
Yeah. I don't have kids but just knowing there is someone with a child stompin' it's foot whining about wanting to go back home reminds me of why I ain't havin' those wallet eaters.
HAHAHAHHA SAME DUDE
Wallet wasters😂😂😂
The reason you don’t want to take care of young children is because you are an older child yourself, when your in your 30s like me, you will adore them.
I never want kids lol
I adore animals. I’d rather have pets
ain't no way im pushing something out of my vulva to be a stay at home mom changing diapers everyday 🤡
I need money, not kids
When I had kids, ''we'' waited until they were about two years old.
After that we looked into ''kid-proof'' holiday making.
And all of us enjoyed it.
It's not difficult at all - as long as 'you' are aware that you're a parent.
I'm not married, but still have 2 kids under 3.
It does make traveling difficult, not least all the stuff you need to pack. But it's worth it when you see them smile
I would imagine that children would have a massive impact on the kind of vacation you could take. It doesn't sound fun at all 😅
Yes, we had 3 kids in 3 years and 3 months. Whenever we went away we had to bring a ton of stuff. I could not fit it all in my full size SUV. I had a roof carrier foir the excess,.
I think babies are fine, bit annoying to others especially if they constantly cry, but other than that they're mostly pick and carry.
Toddlers are probably the worse since they're energetic and have not yet developed a sense of stupid or not.
Not really. I travelled with my small cousin and he wasn't a trouble at all. But his mom had to pack everything that would keep him engaged.
Its a change for sure
But you can adjust, adapt and overcome it.
Choosing different vacation spots and a different set of activities allowing you and your children to enjoy the vacation
My little sister was annoying in restaurants when she was younger. Not so much anymore (she’s eight now).
Oh yes... you spend the entire time yelling because you can't hear your spouse. Sounds like every day at home too
More reasons to never have them
Overall I loved traveling with a small kid. Changing a baby on a plane and cleaning vomit out of a carseat is sort of rough though.
Ew. ain't nobody ever gonna catch me changing diapers or a mess caused by a baby🤢
@Brittanyroseee It’s not for the faint of heart
Sounds disgusting. I’d rather have pets and clean up after them instead 😂🤷🏼♀️
at least they can’t throw a tantrum or embarrass me in public 😂
It can depend on where you go and the temperament of the child. Also the more kids you have the more difficult it can be.
Only if the child has not been disciplined.
There is not much wrong with most children that a flogging will not correct.
Only for the people around them, all jokes aside get your kids in order or don't fly. You may be immune to their crying and shouting but I assure you the rest of us are not.
I don't think so kids are cute as hell...
they're just like witches. 🤣
Hahha
Yeah. From everything I've been told, small children make travelling extremely difficult.
No the world leaders food death administration and the who do
Little kids make vacations fun because everything you do with them is a new experience for them. It's great to show them the world.
I wouldn't say that's the case as much as your goals for vacation are pretty different with kids than they are without and even more different from when you're single.
I guess so. My cousin who have a year old kid have a hard time hanging out with us whenever we go family outing
It adds a layer of difficulty from what I have seen of my sister and her kids
Yeah it can be difficult.
If you don't know how to parent.
You don't need to be married to have kids. But it would be hard
They will ruin your vacation or maybe you will enjoy with kids
Mine make it more fun🤷♀️
They ruin everything wdym?
Yes they do no offense it's just factual
They ruin everything I don't know why people have them
Kids can be awesome but they are a handful.
Depends on the kid.
God yes. I pay extra for adults only resorts.
keep that in mind, and your sperm in check...
Oh for sure
Yes extremely
not necessarily…
Yes 🤣 dump them
HAHHAHAHA
Of course lol
