Decent for what? Food? Entertaniment? Low crime? Here's a free tip that no one else will tell you: take the blue line to the Cumberland stop. The station has only one exit, so take it and turn right. Turn right at the first intersection, and you'll find yourself facing the Fererra Pan candy factory. Walk past their parking lot, and the first set of doors leads into a small (about five by ten, I'd guess) outlet store, where you can buy (among other things) Lemonheads, and their cousins cherry, apple, and grapeheads, for *$1.50/lb*. That WAS pre-Covid panic, which FLATTENED the city, so it may have gone up, but still. VERY cheap candy, and it's fresh, too.
