Before standard time zones were established in the 1800s, every location had its own time, typically based on the position of the sun (sun overhead was noon). Now, we have standard time zones (and even a global time standard, UTC), though some places deviate from what their standard zone should be.
So let's ask "How many standard time zones are there, and how many places deviate from their standard zone?"
BONUS: What country has the most time zones?
Please don't cheat by looking it up. Make your best guess.
