Does sunlight make you joyful?

I always dream of living in a warm place like Miami or Saudi Arabia, how happy I would be to have the sun beating down on me while I visit super markets or friends, it’s summer in Canada but I never leave the house due to being busy and not wanting insects to infiltrate my home when I open the backyard screen door.

Yes, it does. I love being outside, although I'm not allowed to be out by myself (due to a medical condition with my heart, my mom (or a family member must always be with me). But I love just walking round my neighborhood, and being able to enjoy what's around me.
Sunlight not only makes me joyful, but grateful I'm still moving along.
