Give yourself a DIY Colon cleansing. When in the shower remove the head of the shower and stick the hose up against your anus and allow the water to fill up your colon. Then as quickly as you can while being safe not to slip rush to the toilet, but do your best to retain the water. When you get to the the toilet the water will rush out and empty your bowls for you. Repeat the process a few time. Be sure to shower properly after so you don't smell of poo.

This will help get rid of any bloating and you will feel lighter, and makes your stomach flater.

I work as an air traffic controller. Every time before I leave for work, without missing a single time, my wife will always give me a big hug and a kiss, then with the greatest smile ever say "I love you, good luck and you GOT THIS!". It gives me strength every time.
