I have over 30 book outlines and ideas which I accumulated over a 3-5 year period and I am hoping to publish 1-6 books a year. Either a single book or a 6 part series of a single suggestion. It’s isolating cause I have limited social contact right now but if I ever become rich, I could change that by working on my book at vacation resorts such as Cuba or Mexico or at luxury restaurants or bars.
As others have said, you will have to find a publisher that believes in your projects and will sign you. You will also need to be writing on very commercial subjects - meaning books that the general public is likely to buy en masse.
Authors who publish more niche-subject books have to have other lines of income, because even if they make money, it's not enough to live on. The people who can live just on their own books are people who write mass-market novels, and have a relatively high output and have high sales.
There are maybe 50-100 such writers in the US, and only 1 or 2 new ones each year. And even then, their real money comes from movie and merch licensing. JK Rowling was 3 books in before she made a million dollars, but movie and merchandise royalties made her a billionaire.
I recommend that you do a bit of research online about the business of being a writer. Learn how it all works so that you don't make big mistakes that many people make. You can make money, but you need to be realistic about how much money.

It depends on whether a publisher is willing to take you on as an author. You may have to shop around to multiple publishers, em rarely does an author get a rap the first try.

It’s possible but you need to find a publisher who thinks your stuff is really good.
It's entirely possible, if the market likes your books. Unfortunately like most if not all of the "arts" professions, the market sets the value of your product.
Possible, sure, but you might be living off of savings for a while.
I'm sure it's possible.. but you would really have to hussle.
