Which is correct grammatically?

1. I have never went on holiday to Canada
2. I have never been on holiday to Canada

I never went to Canada on holidays.
I never was in Canada on holidays.
or
I have never been to Canada on holidays.
I have never gone to Canada on holidays.

(you can use the verbs in both sentences)

(however either use simple past tense with (2nd form or present perfect with have/has 3rd Form.)

Object always use the describtion of the place before time, so i switched Canada and holidays

Both are correct but 2 would be my first choice.
I would also shorten it to "I've never been to ___"
