1. I don’t want to speak to you because I already have a boyfriend
2. I don’t want to speak with you because I already have a boyfriend
1. I don’t want to speak to you because I already have a boyfriend
2. I don’t want to speak with you because I already have a boyfriend
Each is grammatically correct, but the meaning changes. In #1, you are saying that you don't want to speak with them but it's okay if they speak. In #2, you want neither you nor them to speak.
You probably mean #2.
Generally the first one. Most people would say
"I don't want to talk to you. I have a boyfriend"
The first one... Although another grammatically correct phrase could read " I don’t wish to speak to you because I already have a boyfriend".
I think both are the same? The first one sounds better/more correct.

Both.
It’s a matter of preference in this case.
Both don't have any errors in them. Use whichever you like
Both are grammatical correct.
First one
Less words to type. Better to be efficient
Better yet, “i have a boyfriend” will repel them dudes away
