My wife went to New England during the fall for our honeymoon and spent a couple of days in Boston. We walked around a lot to see the sights. We also shopped at out door street vendor booths and saw some really good street musicians. We went to some really old pubs. And the seafood was amazing.
But that was over 26 years ago and I don't remember any specific places to visit or names of restaurants.
It's a fun town, though.
Three things spring to mind:
Oh, and there's Paul Revere stuff too.
Wonderful city to visit. It's been too long since I was there; I have no food recommendations for you.

Location scout for a book series I'm doing. Take pictures of anything potentially relevant. Such as good street corners for a superhero battle to take place.
I love history, so Id go to Salem and say a prayer for all the innocent people who were wrongfully accused of witchcraft and murdered.
Get a rental car at the airport and visit everything in the area besides Boston
Go see some friends then go eat some food
See the Red Sox play.
open up a law firm x'D
