I would say there are none that I would never want to visit. Never is a long time and things constantly change. For example the state of countries today is very different than when I was young. Heck, a large number of countries when I was young have split, combined, are new, changed names, or don't even exist any more.

The popularity of countries as tourist destinations has also changed. Some countries that used to be popular destinations are rarely mention any more. Other countries that you never heard about in the past, are big destinations now.

It's far too dynamic to say never.

Israel is a great place to visit, Ukrainian cities had a lot to offer too, before this idiotic war. I would visit North Korea in a group setting, why would I not, they have no beef with Germany.
I would not want to visit most African countries. I don’t like it if I can’t safely walk around everywhere on my own and as a white person I would stick out like a sore thumb.

I’d love to visit almost anywhere, but have heard bad things about Jamaica in terms of tourism and government corruption. Like you mentioned, also wouldn’t want to visit North Korea unless I was protected somehow and was able to make a difference in citizens’ lives for the better over there.

I'm going by general sources like en.wikipedia.org/.../Women%27s_rights_in_Saudi_Arabia but I've never been there, so I don't have any personal experience.

Those sources suggest things are better but not close to equal.

Of course even being there in person, things may not be equal. UAE / Dubai looks OK when you are there, but foreign women have discovered that they do no have the sort of rights they expect.

Actually, I read a lot of bad things about Saudi Arabia. Turned out all were false.
