So, I'm just gonna rent it out.

I'll stick to my California home.

AZ for sure. I used to live there and it's great. the only downside is a lot of people from CA are moving in.

Mostly California but EVERYWHERE. I went to visit someone at their apartment complex a few months ago and I swear half the state license plates were in there somewhere.
