Do flight attendants have to change adult diapers if an elderly or disable travel alone?

What about special needs kids? I know some travel alone on planes if a parent have shared custody and live in another state than a flight attendant is responsible for that kid i assume

@asker the flight attendant is responsible for the needs of all passengers that have to do with the airplane in itself. If you are a caretaker and letting someone travel alone that can’t handle daily tasks, you aren’t being a responsible care taker
