Out of all the places in the world, why do some men choose to go to places where the laws are almost nonexistent?

Breaking laws becomes much more simple when you learn the local laws, if you know the laws you can always find a way to break them and cover your tracks in the process, you of course just need a brain and the knowledge on the law, without those you end up locked up or dead, it's a form of basically evolving to the laws, if someone goes somewhere where laws are shittier then it's most likely their plans and way of income probably has to do with whatever that law is more lenient, for example, if I'm a highly skilled mugger logically speaking I'd have a higher risk doing it in my state for example because everyone here has guns, if I want a higher success rate id go to a state like California or whatever where the chances of normal civilians carrying guns are low because of the strict gun laws there, I go to the wealthier areas there and I'd possibly have a higher chance of success in income if I made that time investment to move states but that of course all depends because most people do crimes without knowing the laws and no one ever moves somewhere else because they want to do crime, I had a friend that wanted to move to Cali to join a gang and maybe something like that is the closest you'll get, dumb criminals get caught and killed, smart criminals can be among you and you'll never realize it.

This might actually be kind of true, because one of the biggest things I hated about traveling in East Asia, is they have too many rules and strict laws.

On the flip side, I loved Greece, because you could almost do whatever you want, short of rape, theft and murder. 😂

But in terms of what YOU'RE referring to, I think you're talking more about young people going to places where they can party.

On the flip side, I'm kind of not surprised Chinese tourists behave so badly abroad. They live under such a strict regime in their country, that when they travel to a Western country they want to do EVERYTHING!

Rules are necessary of course, but I'll admit that Asian countries take it way too far!

For a bit of context, I've been to over 30 countries and the US was the ONLY one where I would get IDed to purchase alcohol.

Another thing that irks me about the U. S., is American people are so dead set on following the rules. Whereas in other countries, people are much more willing to bend the rules for both moral reasons or a few extra dollars😂

@DryGermanGuy Yeah, if I had to rank the laws/rules of all the places I've been,
Taiwan was the strictest and Greece was the least strictest. Even Turkey was more laid back than Taiwan.

Nobody likes to be told what to do. In America we are rapidly becoming a police state where the government can arrest anyone who opposes them. People move away from states where the government is too intrusive. Everybody ants to be able to raise their families they way that they want to and not have the government dictate what they will do. A lot of people still believe in personal responsibility and the US Constitution.

I don't know if you know but my country has very large number of rules but they don't apply to foreigners equally. So, from a foreigners perspective it might look like a great haven with no laws but locally we are stuck in more laws.

Ah yes this reminds of of this program i saw of older western guys going to the Philippines to sex traffic minors because the laws are less rigid there. its pretty sickening.

The clients tend to be men who are very wealthy and/or in positions of power who can skirt or bribe their way into sex trafficking the minors. Poor countries and those with loose laws are prime targets for them. yeah it is shitty.

I understand the sentiment you are expressing here believe me. A lot of this is shocking and difficult to hear, but unfortunately reality of our world. So i tend to distrust people and men in positions of power be it political or monetarily.
