Yes. I only travel first/business class or premium economy because I am 5-11 with long legs and claustrophobic.
For domestic, it costs about twice for business/first. For overseas, it's too expensive, but premium economy works.
The seats up front are so much more comfortable and the treatment is better. You also get better bonding privileges and people don't seem to be so rude to each other. Maybe because they aren't shoved in like sardines.

Yes I have and it was a great experience! I loved it and wish I could do it again.
Yes I have , but I would " never , ever , ever " ( just like Warren Buffet ) if I had to pay for the ticket , I've had 2 upgrades , and 1 other other parties where paying , on International flights it is good , but certainly NOT worth the payment.
One time I was flying back from Florida and for some reason I can't remember we were bumped up to first class. I had gotten food poisoning so I don't remember much about it.

No. I prefer short flights of 6 hours or less and even those normally switch planes after 3 hours. I’d only consider first class if i was flying far away to Australia or something
I travel a lot for work, and they usually pay for me to travel first class. I usually have work to do, though when I'm on the move, so it's much easier to concentrate in first class because there are fewer people and it's a lot quieter
Yeah. I didn't like it honestly. They were giving me special treatment. Why should I get treated better than other passengers?
Once - it was an airline replacement, because they missed a connection flight due to weather.
But it helped me not: first class didn't arrive any earlier.
Yes.
It's an improvement for sure, but really not worth the cost on shorter flights in my opinion. If flying for more than a couple hours however, pretty much any upgrade over the economy cattle car is probably worthwhile.
I have and I do with certain flights.
regularly I am too tall to sit in economy plus I have the programs to get points for spending so I also generally do not pay for flights
A few times yes. But usually it’s not worth the price increase from business class.
I've never had the opportunity. Maybe someday if I save my pennies :-)
Yeah it's a much better experience. Especially international first.
Flying? Yes. But domestic it doesn't make that much difference. I've flown business class internationally, which is pretty nice compared to coach.
I don't think I have ever ridden first class but I did second class on a three class train in Russia. We got free sandwiches and sat next to super rich people but we were not first class.
I've never flown longer than 3 or 4 hours. I don't know if I'll ever fly first class because I'll have to win the lottery first.
dont think i ever have, but i think i've been in business before as a kid. usually i'm in economy premium
No, on the train it's pointless, I haven't flown in about 18 years but I've had some 'first class' experiences on the ground from travelling in the luxury of Bentleys and Royce's
Yes I have. It's a lot nicer on a very long flight. Managed to go first class to Europe.
sadly no always the shitty economics one with nothing working
No. I've traveled on a "single business-class " plane, though.
Air France was like a wine and cheese party the entire flight!
Yes I have and it was totally worth the extra cost.
