My brothers butterfly bladder can't hold it and we have a 8 hour car drive ahead of us.

Always teased him and his wife that I'd get them a catheter for car rides!

Maybe check a medical supply store. They sell stuff like that. I had to use a catheter once, and only once luckily! I was in the hospital though, and my diabetes was causing problems. They only had it in me for a week. Its more uncomfortable than painful, but still sucks!

I would check a medical supply place. They have stores online. I'm note sure how many come in a package though.
