Why Travel to Another Country when Internet Exists?

I don't see the point of traveling to another country when there's cheaper alternatives such as Wikipedia & online search engines. Also, traveling interferes with my routine based lifestyle.

You can get a lot of information about just about anyplace on the internet but it is a poor substitute for a live visit. How do you meet local people or browse through a street market on the internet? They have pix of all the tourist traps but there is a lot more than that when you go in person. In most of my travels the things I remember most are the spontaneous occurrences that are not on the itinerary.

Okay. What about actually seeing something like The Statue Of Liberty? I have seen hundreds of pix of it but when I saw it in person it was truly a moving experience.

I actually do relate to this last statement. Looking at pics of the different worldwide mockery landmarks in Vegas looked way more interesting than when i was actually there in front of it. The volcano at the mirage looked cool in pics but in person its like ehh what can i do with it. The eiffel tower looked cool until you realize again there's nothing to do unless you want to eat inside of it. Like they say, take a picture it’ll last longer. If its not something actually fun like a theme park where im riding rides, then yea, a picture is more worth it. I don't know how people travel places to look at landmarks and statues that dont do shit but stare back at you 🤣

There is nothing like traveling and going to another country/culture. Eating the food, talking to the people, seeing the sites, etc. And me. . . seeing that I loved women from all kinds of backgrounds and ethnicities, that was the part that of course got me hooked the most.

Lmao my kinda guy 😂 i be like why travel to another country when i can go to Vegas and see little mini landmarks of whats in those countries 😂 Seriously, I’ll consider Canada, Bahamas and Australia but I’m really not tryna go elsewhere. It bothers me that i keep ending up with guys who wanna travel the world. Its like ew stop it. Be a homebody or at least a domestic cat 🤣

There is nothing like experiencing things in person. In particular, in person you get to meet people, experience the culture. You can't do that with an Internet video.
