Is it hard to move to Sydney Australia if you're in your early 40s?

My country and city is the most boring place in the world.

It's hard to make friends here, everything is expensive & you can't even buy a house on your own anymore.

Just wondering if anyone has moved to Sydney, as I love going there & it seems like a more relaxed, friendlier place.

We moved here in 2019, and it was an expensive move, but it was totally worth it to escape from the hole of a country we were living in.
