Wtf good question, I am trying to imagine both. I like the light, but what if you trip and fall down?
An explosion and the underground city CAVES IN! An explosion and city in the sky might come CRASHING DOWN!
I'm going with sky city. As I'm typing this I am enjoying the natural sunlight coming in, gently heating up my arm. I won't have that underground.
