I want to come to America and ı like rainy weathers and not hot places. What is the rainy regions of America?

Clouds dump water to overcome mountains and those areas get a lot of rain. So, in short, any location between mountains and large bodies of water, which topography wise - the tallest mountains in USA are on the west coast, so the land between the Pacific Ocean and Cascade Mountain Range would be an area you could characterize as being 'rainy' (pacific northwest)

The Atlantic Southeast, Pacific Northwest. East Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas (the Ark-La-Tex), perhaps Southern Missouri and Illinois.
