Cougars came from all over the world to set sail out of San Diego with a boatload of cubs. (I believe it was Carnival Cruise Lines that sponsored these cruises.)
The cougars were happy, the cubs were happy, the business owners were happy...
But the public wasn't happy. They put pressure on Carnival to shut it down! "We can't have this debauchery happening out to sea! Their sex lives should be as boring as ours!"
