I'm from NY in the USA and other than winters, traffic and cost of living, I ❤️ it here! All 4 seasons (I could TOTALLY do without Winter) and the greatest city in the world. If you get bored of NYC you must be dead. 24/7 the city never sleeps!

I love Zürich :) It's big enough to be a city but still small enough to have more character more green areas. The construction is a bit much sometimes but that's a price you have to pay to live in a developing growing city where everybody wants to live. They do their best to keep the air and water as clean as possible. I'm just moving now at the end of the month. I found a good apartment, I'm very lucky because it's difficult atm. I'm not a person who goes out a lot but I still like to be around where things are happening where there's more opportunities to do stuff. It just stimulates you more inspires you more and when you do wanna do something you have the chance. Public transport is good, there's a lot of historical buildings that have been preserved. The lake and the river are great for summer. There's a lot of sports you can do.

1 thing I would change would be better biking lanes in the city and maybe eve more nature in the city. Also the costs are high but I'm not that bothered by it.

People are not as friendly and open that's something people criticize but I think there are a bunch of factors that contribute to it.

1. the cost of living and salaries are very high so people have to pay more attention to how they spend their time. People are focused on their work and doing what they need to do.

2. People are raised to be independent know how to take care of themselves and have their shit together. So there's less need for cooperation and community I guess. people still socialize but it's not built into everything we do. You set time aside to meet friends, go to your weekly sports training things like that but you don't just talk to anybody on the street most of the time.

Since I'm autistic I'm fine when a charming extroverted guy who talks to everybody (it's usually the same type of guy who does this) starts joking around with me I go along with it but I'm also fine with just walking through the city and people just walk by eachother.

I love the weather and the view. Not a fan of some of the crowds during warm months. Also get annoyed at those who think it is okay to park on my property without my permission.

The San Francisco Bay Area is now far from it's glory days and rapidly becoming a dangerous area to live in.

However, not far south of San Francisco, I'm quite happy living in Palo Alto and/or the rest of Santa Clara County.

Yes very. I like the pace and understand the people for the most part — or at least I’m used to them now. Perhaps a little more like the Parisian vibe and mindset, which is a perfect combo of Eastern and Western mindsets.

One point of local pride for me is the friendliness we offer—people genuinely smile and say hello. The region I wish we were more like is Tuscany, Italy because of its scenic landscapes and incredible food. If I could change one thing, I'd enhance our public transportation system to make exploring easier. 🚶🍷

I feel fond of it. Proud? Eh, so-so. After having escaped from a dictatorship ridden region, from where people migrate over here AND escaped my toxic family, I have absolutely no incentives to complain living here. It made me vastly appreciate living here and taking advantage of our "commoners being take of" system such as universal healthcare.

Nevertheless I still have 1 thing I would like to see changed here and that is a much stronger military might and investment. Germany as it is right now is essentially a sitting duck without the NATO alliance and I really doubt the whole NATO would step in to protect one of it's members from the attackers as we see how Ukraine is being torn apart. Ukraine has been bleeding so much to protect Europe and USA from Putinstan's horde, that it pains me in a way to be aware of it. According to the military strength rank, Ukraine is ranked 1 position above Germany. We still have Xi-Jinpingstan, that has not yet invaded anywhere.

I love where I’m from. Don’t get me wrong I also hate it here, that’s just part of living in New Jersey.

But I grew up here, I’ve had so many crazy experiences here there’s so many wacky people and I love that opportunities are just so available to you.

I’ve gotten cars for my review show just by talking to people at the gas station. When I was broke I got to work on an electric skateboard, two days ago we were shooting near Hoboken one of my guys recognized a small celebrity and now his number is in my phone.

I'd much prefer a rural locale in which to reside.
I'm not terribly fond of the suburban area that I now live in, due to being far removed from my favorite fishing areas, but it's okay as a suburban area goes.
If I could change one thing, it'd be that people should be allowed to be nude in their own backyards, to sunbathe and swim, at the very least. I'd include nude area in parks, too. Anywhere that it is not bothering anyone else.

I don't know if I would use the word “proud” but I do love where I live. A lot of people here always talk about wanting to leave. I think they really don’t appreciate the good things we have going for us here.
i think it would be fun to live somewhere else for a couple years just for the adventure of it. But this is home to me
