There’s a lot of small towns desperate to get an economy going and depending on which state you go to, they can do anything from taking a huge discount off of your mortgage, or literally just giving you a cheap loan, if not just buying land for dirt cheap. I imagine any rentals in the area will be fairly cheap too.
