I noticed everybody in the outskirts claim they live in Atlanta but not actually from Atlanta if you know what I'm saying. The problem is growing up I've told certain friends and family that DECATUR IS NOT ATLANTA now I'm from Kirkwood which is down the street from Decatur, my thing is since people on the outskirts want to be Atlanta why not annex into the city. Kirkwood use to be it's own town at one point and other neighborhoods in the city. I would really like to know you all thoughts on this
