How do you keep entertained on long drives?

I used to do 1200 mile long drives 4 or 6 times each year. For me, it was easy even though that was about 24 hours of traveling. In the United States, I had Sirius XM satellite radio in my car since 2019, so the radio stations do not change. Before that, I had a CD player in my car and I'd burn CDs of playlists. Also, now, I might have a playlist on my phone. However, at night during the summer, I often would listen to baseball games on the radio including games from 100s of miles away.
Regardless, I was also capable of entering "highway hypnosis" in which your lower brain functions drive the car while your higher brain functions ponder all sorts of other things. On the NYS Thruway between Albany NY and Buffalo NY, it was not hard to drive 100 miles and not even notice. However, for me, highway hypnosis was not a bad thing because I knew the route extremely well and my brain was still functionally observant. This was usually when there were not many cars on the road; mostly interstate tractor-trailers.
Set aside listening to music and having silly talks with people being in the same car, I'd say getting something naughty done maybe, as your picture suggests? A soft long languid blowjob? Having a nice naughty talk with some lovely lady in the other front seat, who's having a lovely fingering session? Hmmm... Sorry, can't help it having such ideas ;0)
I'm a bit of a nerd, so this is going to sound crazy. I do math in my head. I'll do things like see how far I've traveled and calculate my average speed. Then I'll figure out how fast I have to travel to increase that average to some other value by the top of the next hour or how long I can stop for lunch and not drop below a certain average speed. It's a sickness, really. 😂
If it's a must to drive long distances, we'll take our RVs for that task.
There are lots of ways to entertain ourselves during long drives in an RV.
Plus, we always offer to relieve each other from driving to prevent fatigue.

I listen to the radio or stream music from my cellphone. I used to drink back in the day.
The picture is kinda misleading 😂😂 or is it
Radio, whatever I can find, music, sports or talk radio. It's background noise as I concentrate on driving.
Driving these roads with the idiots here is all the entertainment I need.
Yes. This.
I listen to audio recordings of Mistress's commands, because if I forget a specific protocol, I may be subjected to a session of intense physical discipline.
I listen to the radio or I make silly faces to people in the other cars.
Well i m usually in the passenger seat n i get kinky
I have a huge surround sound system that keeps me entertained.
I usually start with music and work my way towards podcasts. By the time the 6hr drive is over, itβs silence in the car.
Combinations of these. I also pray for everyone I know, and call people I love (hands-free of course).
When I rode the 72 km. (48 mi.) to Chatham/Kent, Ont., to see my cousin Ferguson Jenkins' statue outside the Chatham-Kent civic centre July 19, I occupied myself by trying to identify the oldies played on the driver's radio.
I listen to podcasts on Satellite radio. I find it relaxing.
I either have music going or YouTube shows/podcasts, depending on my mood.
Podcast. Some of the podcast i listen to make the drive seem so much faster.
Muziek aan, en ik geniet van het landschap. Zeker als het een gebied is waar ik niet vaak kom.
Autorijden is voor mij ook een manier om niet te veel na te denken.
Conservative talk radio. I knew you would like that.
Listen to music and look at the scenery. You guys don't have long drives on your tiny island hahaha
