How expensive are uber rides for you?

In my city they can cost 1 month's rent lol so I have to take the subway to save money, the bus or need to get a cheaper ride. Also, do you always tip? Sometimes I just try to dress up and hopefully they don't get mad if I don't tip.

I've only ever got one down in Toronto when I got back to the airport from British Columbia and I thought it was comparable to a taxi there. Not horribly expensive, but not something I would do all the time.

If I lived and worked in the city, I would likely ride my bike and just bring it into my office with me.

My mom usually pays anywhere from 10 to 30 dollars on her uber rides. And I've only ridden in one ride in an Audi (Which is my favorite car manufacturer.) And it was amazing. We were coming home from the zoo that day and the ride costed about $38.

Well I live in a small city and there no taxis and very little Uber drivers. A lot college students use Uber to go to bars and back on campus and they might spend $30 to $40 to go bar hopping. There also some other small cities near by too that might cost a little more and it might just be a Midwest thing but they always tip.

Don't know about Uber, but a taxi is $2.50 plus $2.10 a mile. I tip well because I used to drive a taxi; and know how hard it is to make money driving.
