I have a friend who traveled 3 hours to Chicago to get a pizza because it was "Chicago-style"? Do you think that is crazy or reasonable?

We don't know if he's flying or not. That makes a difference. Why would he not eat it fresh there?
And honestly, "Get a pizza" in that sentence sounds better than "eat a pizza". It would never cross my mind to word it like that. I would either say "get a pizza" or "for some pizza"
