I’m going on a trip to Europe for a week and need to know how much clothing to bring and how much money to spend per day

Europe is a really broad term, prices varry a lot between european countries.

It does depend where exactly you will be staying and what is already paid for, eg when you stay at a hotel or bed and breakfast you wouldn't need money for the breakfast. If you stay at a more private place you would need money for breakfast as well.

Also what are you planning to buy, just the bare minimum, food and maybe entrance fees here and there or if you want to go shopping a lot.

Depends where you're going, and if they have laundry service. In places like Türkiye, clothes are cheap, so no point packing too much. But in places like France, clothes are more expensive, but laundry is fairly cheap.
